Bill Blassio,

Saw your story on the News regarding the Water/Sewer bills. I had a question and would
like to e-mail two water bills for two properties which I own. Last bill both homes received
a bill in the amount of $221.68, which I found quite odd that both bills were the exact
amount. DEP does not see this. One home is rented to a couple and I reside in the
second home with my husband. In addition, my bill usually ranged around $191 and
change. The 1/24/2012 bill jumped to $221.68 and now it is back to where it normally
is $197.05. Both homes are on alert for leaks and also jump in bill rates.

Also, thank you for helping us last year to fight saving Ladder 53 in City Island.
